better than trainers, not as good as biking boots..

Laces arnt reccomended as they can get caught on pedals ect. And as long as your bike don't run hot and warm up your shoe as steel heats up. Not preferred tbh but like said better than trainers

Steel toe caps can bend and cut your toes off in the event of an accident.

no , no , no and no.....never ever ride in steelies... likely to lose several toes if something goes wrong
