Looks ok.......just noted the fact that on heavier chains they recommend grinding the head off the rivets before trying to break the chain........which kinda defeats the object of the thing in my mind...... :?

Indeed ... not sure about buying a grinder though just for the occasional chain and sprocket change. :lol:

looks good to me


although I wouldnt use it to break the old chain


I have seen people snap the pins rendering the tool useless and they can't fit the chain


use a grinder to cut it off you must know someone you can borrow one off

just chop it off :lol:


you wont regret it if you try using the chain splitter first :lol:


just remember to loosen the front sprocket nut before you remove the chain :wink:

Oh yes ... that would piss me off removing chain then realising that I can't get the frontsprocket off. :D
