KD88 Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 I've got a YZF600R Thundercat and the mirrors just aren't long enough for me to see as much as I would like behind. They have a flat head hex bolt fixing into captive nuts attached to the front subframe. The hole spacing, center to center is (as close as I can tell) 47mm and the stem length from mirror to mounting plate is about 75mm.If anyone can help me find a bike that has the same fixing dimensions but a longer stem I would really appreciate it so I can maybe source some mirrors from eBay. mealexme Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 you should be able to get mirror extenders which are basically like a thick base that you put between the mirror and the bike Quote

Tango Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 How about bar-end mirrors?.......got them on the Speedy and I really rate them..... Quote
Bonniebird Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 I fitted bar ends on the Speed Four.Oberon do a variety of different styles and they are good quality. They take a bit of getting used to but they have a good field of view. I have round, adjustable ones.http://www.oberon-performance.co.uk/aca ... rrors.html Quote
