I think part of the reason the bike or away from me last night is the levers are very far away from the handles and my hands are tiny! Size S or XS in gloves..

Anyone recommend a company to buy some adjustable levers for when I get the bike back?

I'm thinking these guys:

Thanks.

For levers... a few people in here including Phil and me have Chinese eBay specials. Phil only uses his bike to potter to the shops but I use mine on the track so can vouch for their quality. I think mine were about £12 but they did take a week or two to arrive from Chinaland.

If you removed the brand name, I'd be hard pushed to tell the difference between the cheapies and the high end jobbies.

Did you get them on eBay? I did see them and that's why I made this topic. I think for the extra £10 or so I may still go with the company I listed, no sure yet

Mine were from seller: etop_wholesale_uk. The service was really good. My ZXR is a crossover year and they sent the wrong fitment for the clutch. A couple of polite emails and a picture or two of the old lever and they sent me the correct one FOC.

The link you provided uses the same pic as the eBay sellers so your extra tenner is more than likely their overhead for exactly the same product.

Hmm, think if I can find the seller you may have persuaded ne

Adjustable levers are the way forward. Whether you buy cheap chinese or expensive pazzo is personal preference and money situation. I have short asv adjustable and they claim to be unbreakable and i can vouch for that.

Short or long is what ever is comfortable for you, some people use all fingers on their levers and some like myself use just two fingers

I can't see to find the adjustable in custom colour in short form. Guess I'll stick with long, it's more the adjustment I am after. I am still using all fingers (...).

Long are pretty much what you have now. Stubby are just that - maybe an inch or so shorter. The range of adjustment is much greater on the aftermarket levers which is the really good thing about them.

I've got massive hands so don't get along with the short ones as I only use my ring and little finger to brake (unless it's gone tits up).

Shame you haven't got a zx6r as you could have had my stubbies (used once) for a pint. :-)

Also Mr Fro my mate has just bought a Zx6r If you wanna sell them I'll message him?

my bike came with Stubby's. dont like them really, Id prefer longer ones. Might have to look at getting another pair.

I also found that if I adjust my levers too close to the handles. The Suzuki wont start as I need the clutch pulled in. In order for the bike to start.

I guess the leaver hasn't been pulled enough when I've shortened it.

I fitted my cheapo Chinese ones tonight and had to make a clutch cable adjustment.
