New boots

If you are ok with spending a bit of money, I absolutly love my Alt-Berg boots. Ok they are not sporty looking, but really comfortable, good protection all round, never let in water and I can walk about in them all day if need be.

I then exchanged these for a pair of TCX gortex sport touring boot (can't remember the exact model) and these are fantastic (apart from the squeaking when walking) comfier than the A*s by a mile. I've had these a year now and they are still spot on

Like wise TCX here my wife jokes all the time that she can hear me squeeking way before I come through the door
