maccy Posted July 14, 2016 Share Posted July 14, 2016 This was spotted during my bikes recent service, not noticed it myself as the bike doesn't seem to be running rough or any louder than normal. JB weld will not provide more that a temporary fix.Find someone with access to a welding kit and get a small 'plate' welded over the crack - other option is 'silencer bandage' (again, a temporary fix).
