the fans are pretty reliable

its the wiring on the control module that goes wrong but they can be repaired

Well I'm hoping to get the computer on it soon so I can have a proper diagnostic done.

When was it last filled up, before this one?

No Idea mate ... I only bought the car just over a week ago and it wasn't working then. I assumed it needed re-gassing and booked it in.

Having nothing in it, i wouldn't be surprised if you have a leak aswell.

According to ticket it holds a vaccuum is all.

Small leaks can be missed by the vaccum test. The reason dye is then added to the system if a leak is suspected.

No gas what so ever is a good sign of a leak

Man put his lappy on it and said it's the AC sensor switch. Located one in the VW spares department. Problem is, they refused to sell us it because it was going in an Audi! WTF is that all about?

Now, I found one on ebay but not sure if it ok ... I know the one in there is a three pin so should this be ok?

HOW MUCH

If you can get the part number then search for the part number in google and on ebay this usually pulls up some good results

I have had brand new genuine bike parts really cheap doing this!

Or as drz says try TPS
