Clutch and brake lever?

I've been looking at purple clutch/brake levers for my step dad for crimbo for his Yamaha fazer ('02) - not sure if they are one size fits all or if I need something specific for his bike

I also don't want to unwittingly by some tat that will break on him either, if anyone can help find some that are half decent quality and purple that would be grand

Whilst I am on I need some teal side lights for my er-6f. Do they exist lol
