KyleAj Posted December 8, 2017 Posted December 8, 2017 Hi I came off my bike the other day and I got the damage fixed but I just noticed the other day that my high beam and low beam are the wrong way round. And by this I mean when my low beam is on it’s actually my high beam and vice versa. If anyone has any information please let me know thank you. Quote
Guest Posted December 9, 2017 Posted December 9, 2017 What bike? What was damaged in the off? Front end? Was the headlight worked on? Is the bulb in upside down? Is the HEADLIGHT upside down!? What socket do you have on the bulb? Is it reversible? Are there any connectors on the wiring loom that could have been reversed?Pictures would help. Quote
fastbob Posted December 9, 2017 Posted December 9, 2017 Normally a headlight bulb has a three pin connector so it can't be be wired wrong . Maybe someone has bodged it with bullet connectors and got them the wrong way round. Who did this ? Get them to sort it out or just swap the wires around until it works . Other than that , without a picture to look at that's all I can suggest. Quote

You will only get good advice on here if you ask detailed questions and provide pictures . Quote
someone Posted December 9, 2017 Posted December 9, 2017 If you had it fixed by a professional then just take it back to them, as they did not do it properly and should correct it free of charge. This is their problem to fix. Quote
Chrissb6 Posted December 9, 2017 Posted December 9, 2017 Sounds like wires crossed to me, simple fix take back to the shop. Quote
