ShaggeeeyVFR Posted December 10, 2017 Posted December 10, 2017 Hello all!I’ve purchased myself a Honda VFR800 with top box and panniers. I’m looking for something potentially big enough to store the bike with all of its luggage attached to the bike in the cover, however it is not imperative. I don’t have the space for a shed so I am looking for a framed cover, something similar to the armadillo cover or storm shield. I’d like something with quality in mind and have a budget of about £400. Could anyone suggest a brand or company that do good quality cover or should I purchase a storm shield or armadillo? Many thanks for all replies and help! Quote

ZacharyHobbs Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 Have you tried searching online? If not, I suggest that you do so. I just bought a motorcycle last month, and I immediately looked for different accessories to buy. When I was searching the Internet, I found a store that offers various heavy duty motorcycle cover types. While you can browse online just like what I did, you can also ask for recommendations from anyone you personally know like your relatives or friends. This way, you can ensure that you’ll be buying from a reliable provider. Hope this helps! Quote
Moonraker Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01M6DSEFJ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1I bought this one a few months ago. Other then displaying "hide your ride" it's done a pretty darn good job, especially when Kent had the snow over Christmas this year. Stands up to the winds, keeps the bike dry etc.Just need to be aware that the front can lift up if it's windy, so I bought a cheap ground anchor and planted it into my drive. So now, I use a chain and chain the farm down to the anchor to secure it. Also, keep screws from going rusty etc.Bigger sizes are probably a bit pricer and you may not get one that covers panniers/topbox. Quote

I'd be really keen on one of those, of only it would go over a top box too, but I'm sure mine wouldn't fit. Quote
