Ricky Posted April 20, 2018 Posted April 20, 2018 I had a taste last night and it tastes pretty darn good considering the issues I had fermenting and being a complete novice, it’s going in the fridge to chill this evening ready for a BBQ tomorrow, be able to give a better review on it on Sunday morning and how bad the shits are Got a second batch brewing in the exact environment it needs to be in and it already looks a lot better! Mr Fro Posted June 2, 2018 Author Posted June 2, 2018 I finally stuck my brew on yesterday (Muntons Smugglers Special).I was a bit concerned that the yeast was duff as it hardly did anything when I made up the starter.Anyway, I put the bucket in an old (unplugged) fridge to keep it out of the way and when I came down this morning I found this:I think it's safe to say that it's doing alright.
