ken_a Posted March 11, 2018 Author Posted March 11, 2018 Gents, to keep you updated (if you're interested). I removed the wheel, stripped all apart including the brake plate. That's when I spotted a small slither of metal in the brake plate which looked out of place. After quite a bit of thumping and scraping I removed the offending metal, it was a piece of the old wheel (half mm to 1mm thick) which was enough to take all of the tolerance out of the wheel/brake interface.Any how, managed to get it sorted, along with chain, sprocket, starter and solenoid.Just need to do the headlight and check for the source of the very major vibration. I know its a known for the cg but thus is outrageous. Must be a mount loose?Anyhow thanks for your advice I really appreciate it.KenSent from my WAS-LX1A using Tapatalk Quote
