Gents, to keep you updated (if you're interested). I removed the wheel, stripped all apart including the brake plate. That's when I spotted a small slither of metal in the brake plate which looked out of place. After quite a bit of thumping and scraping I removed the offending metal, it was a piece of the old wheel (half mm to 1mm thick) which was enough to take all of the tolerance out of the wheel/brake interface.


Any how, managed to get it sorted, along with chain, sprocket, starter and solenoid.


Just need to do the headlight and check for the source of the very major vibration. I know its a known for the cg but thus is outrageous. Must be a mount loose?
