Kawaski gt550 project... no spark on 2 and 3

Hi guys, I'm new here and desperate for help.

I bought a part finished gt550 trike. It's a 1993 modul.

We can not get a spark from number 2 and 3, we have tested both coils and are both working. I have replaced the cdi unit, the pick ups, and checked the 6 pin diode with a multi meter. I have also checked all earths I can find and checked the stand switch that is no longer there so wired connected. Any other ideas??? Been at this 3 days now and travelled 400 miles picking up parts that I was told it could be...... Any help would be greatfully received[/img]

Have you tried swapping the coils over?
