Full license holder as Pillion with a Learner Driver?

They wouldn't  but equally should an accident happen they should not be involved. In a car accident you have a good chance of walking away as a pillion you don't

I passed my test in 1979 and as far as I know it was not legal when I had my 250 on L plates or my AP5o !

I started riding in the mid 70`s and received a conviction for carrying a passenger in 76 and the guy on the back had a full licence.

Same as me. Passed mine in January '79. It was legal then, I'm certain of that.

No it's not or ever has been as far as I'm aware, carrying a pillion changes the dynamics of the bike, having a full license is irrelevant, you have no control over the bike nor can you assume it and your changing the handling of the bike fir someone who is stil learning.
