It was legal then, I'm certain of that.
Bender Posted August 17, 2024 Posted August 17, 2024 No it's not or ever has been as far as I'm aware, carrying a pillion changes the dynamics of the bike, having a full license is irrelevant, you have no control over the bike nor can you assume it and your changing the handling of the bike fir someone who is stil learning. 1
