So it looks like they have redesigned the Litelok and coming out with a new model and they want some backers.

Almost tempted as a lightweight for when parking at some customers locations.

I'm glad to see they are improving the design. I like the idea but I thought they could be more secure. 

 

At just under 3kg you could have this or say an Oxford boss alarm 16mm and an Oxford nemesis 16mm for the same weight. Granted you can't use them to attach to something else. But you get an alarm and 2 things that need cutting. 

 

One thing in the Kickstarter I notice is that they mention several tests they have carried out but they don't include an angle grinder test.
