Hi all is there anything i can to my kawasaki KRT 125

to make it go abit faster  i cant 70mph out of it its a new bike 2021 but its bloody slow 

i expected a more speed out of it  so any tuning aids  i can do 

would appreciate some advice

Many 125 bikes are over geared so at motorway speeds the engine doesn't have the torque to hold top gear as the wind resistance increases.

 

I found dropping one tooth on the front cog allowed the engine to rev a bit higher enabling it to hold top gear better.

 

On paper lowering the gears lowers your theoretical top speed, but in practice it actually makes the bike faster.

 

You'll probably hit the rev limiter near 70 but you ought to be able to hold 65 better.
