Too true, distance should not be a factor but I`m doing boat rescue on the saturday at Rutland water. Apparently as a member you have to.....it reduces the price you pay for membership. :?

i have no clue where hull is somewhere in england ???

is there an event in the highlands scotland ???

Hi, we have put this event together especially for the forum, and is going to be run by local people and we can offer it free.

The actual FBoS Training is run by the North West Ambulance Service

I believe they are willing to go to other venues if demand is great enough, not sure about Scotland though... may be worth asking 8-)
