Nickirons Posted October 30, 2022 Posted October 30, 2022 HI all, I'm Nick, From London but live in Switzerland. I am a toolmaker by trade so I have access to mills, lathes etc.. I am about to buy an old XL 500R, for a complete rebuild. I have done a few RDLC 350's with reasonable results in the past. Is there anything I should be looking out for? Common probs, expensive parts and the like.. Like RD500's blow the main bearings after 20,000 kms ect... Many thanks Any help would be greatly appreciated ATB, Nick Quote
