Emergency Medical and Repatriation Insurance

Hello, 

I doubt that this is a new topic but I am about to take my Can Am Spyder to France in a few weeks time and I am finding it very difficult to find an insurance company that is prepared to insure me for Emergency Medical and Repatriation. I have the usual insurance for bike cover, personal accident, breakdown cover for both UK and abroad etc but it doesn't cover me or my pillion for emergency medical cover and certainly not repatriation. I have the usual EHIC card until it expires next year but cover is very limited and it does not cover serious injury and repatriation. Any thoughts or advice please.
