Before my indicators where at the side of my number plate but now with this new one they are above the plate and only stick out a little bit past the plateso as there short ones but there still visable .....this legal or not........

technically your indicators have to be a minimum of a legal sized numberplate apart. So if yours poke out the side and you have a full sized plate you should be ok, if you running a small plate then the should be further apart.

Can you not fit the std rear end and indicators for your MoT?

it will be fine come MOT time trust me :)
