unseize engine

sounds like your piston has melted to the barrel. Have you taken the engine out the bike or is it still in the frame?

I am a bit concerned by the amount fixing this is gonna cost you as you can get a 2nd hand one for £150 as you (or someone else) posted up earlier? Getting the gasget kit, the rebore, the piston, the rings and oil etc plus the amount of time this will take you on top of all the time you have taken so far, its gonna be all adding up on the cost and you may still end up with an unreliable bike after repairing it?

But anyway, thats up to you as to which route you go and wish you luck fixing it :)

If the piston has melted to the barrel its gonna be hard to remove as it don't look like you have a seperate head???

Just go to your nearest post office for a new elastic band, that will be more than powerful enough, just dont wind it up to more than 33BHP

im takiong round to m8s to strip tomoz wiv blo toorch can i use a blo torch and do i hold it down head hole were spark plug goes or on outside of head

dont point it down the sparkplug hole.

You are trying to warm up the barrel, not the piston. You need to get the barrel warm, so it expands, frees itself from the piston, and can be worked loose.

 enough is enough mate!!, either take it to a proper mechanic or scrap it.

I'm sorry but really can't see as you've got any other choices left

If it has siezed (and buy this i mean cold siezed, which is what you seem to be describing - i.e its siezed when cold) then the only option is strip and rebuild as there will be damage to both the piston and bore of the cylinder. Cost and ease of this will depend on your bike, I sorted willow's old TZR 125 for about £60 from a breakers (new barrel and piston) and a mornings work, but then I am fairly handy with a spanner to

Edit - I have just read the whole thread, andy go looking for a replacement engine mate, its great that you want to improve and learn but it is probably cheaper to get an unsiezed engine from a breakers or even to get another bike or engine whole.

Good luck fella!
