I've had it sat for about 2 years. I've drained old fuel and put fresh in. I've brought new battery for it. I've also checked spark plugs and they sparking fine . When I try it's sounding like it's trying but just won't fire. Any help would be great.

Sounds like the carb could do with a clean, possibly the floats are stuck. Also worth looking at the airbox to make sure nothing is blocking it. Have you checked the petcock is switched to fuel? The petcock filter can sometimes get gummed up with old fuel too.

My money would be on the carb though. Sometimes you can give a gentle tap to the float bowl and it will free up, though most likely it'll need a clean

After watching Superbike Surgery Ltd carbs are a first port of call on any bike that's been sat for a long time. The amount of gunk that quickly accumulates is shocking in many cases.
