Could we get some sort of calendar so all the events can be viewed in one place? We could use one of googles online apps or facebook perhaps and link to the forum? I'm finding it hard work keeping up with all the posts!

you could always use the calender on here at the top of the page or put date and place in the title in southern ride out section

easy

Hi,

I see little point in having somewhere else away from here to organise rideouts... it gets confusing. You will have some people who dont have fb and it just means duplication.

If you follow these guidelines to organising meets/rides you wont go far wrong.

The northern/midlands areas have been doing this, and so far there has been no problem. It just takes someone to use their initiative and arrange something, post it up, and other members will join in if they can.

If you clearly mark the date and where the ride is to in the title, and use the calendar option, you should be fine.
