I believe that's the general scheme of things.... Although you may be woken at 7am to the sound of Willow and Akey's eldest riding a trial bike right past your tent!!!

Hi everyone :raspberry:

I`m hoping to make the pudding run so i can put faces to names has a newb I haven`t a clue.

It will all depend on what i`m working on the friday so it might be saturday only and if my daughter is playing cricket sunday it might be a flying visit i`m afraid hopefully i will know more soon.

Has for the pudding/cakes are they ok if there slightly squished  only kidding just wondering what i can get in my tankbag

You can fit 2 bakewell tarts under some rear seats

So you should be able to fit quite a bit in a tank bag, just dont forget to hit the twisties on the way!

i guess everyone is meeting at clay cross (stratstone) bikes on sat 6th june at 11am then going for a ride out first hmm might have to re-fill the tank first.

It`s looking good for making it sat just keeping my fingers crossed

There is a fuel station next to Stratstones mate so easy to make sure everyone is good to go (cafe inside stratstones as well to fill up the other fuel tank!)

Only a week to go...so for those of you bthat can't be bothered to read all the other pages here's wot's going on.

Ride out in the East midlands on saturday 6th June at 11am. Ride will be followed by cakes, desserts and goodies at our gaff afterwards. All we ask is that you bring a cake or pudding with you...hence the name...the pudding run.

Camping is available for those wanting to have a drink or stay over as they're travelling a long way. You don't have to come on ur bike, you can just come for the cake and goodies. Families/partners are welcome and we'd love to see as many newbies as possible.

I am currently busy planning possible routes, but I could do with seeing what sort of distance time people want to go for.

My first choice route is about 70 miles and 1 hr 40 min round trip, but will look for some shorter ones as well.

thoughts.

hmmm 70 to 100 miles not a bad run but some people might not fancy that if they`ve been riding for ages prior to meeting up at clay cross.

sounds good just make sure we are close to petrol stations has my tank range isn`t that good

but looking forward to the weekend and meeting everyone but i still think it will be a flying visit saturday only.
