Ratser Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 Very nice jacket Gem.Does your camera not have a timer to take the pic itself rather than in front of the mirror ? Quote
Gem Posted April 30, 2009 Author Posted April 30, 2009 It does but I was being lazy, might take another one later though.Haha thanks! Quote
Pete Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 That looks freaking awesome!By the way (**GEEK ALERT**) try LCD screen cleaner to get the rubbish off your mirror, or if you're feeling like getting it properly clean use neat isopropanol alcohol off ebay Quote
Gem Posted April 30, 2009 Author Posted April 30, 2009 Took one with self-timer.http://i41.tinypic.com/ws2u7m.jpgOh and thanks Suzukipete! I'll have to try that! Quote
MonkeyKnuckle Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 Casual pose, I like it.Needs more pink mohawk though. Quote
Gem Posted April 30, 2009 Author Posted April 30, 2009 I was going to get cat ears but I do actually like the idea of a pink mohawk lol. Quote
Guest Posted May 2, 2009 Posted May 2, 2009 Really good to see the length of the jacket Gem, especially the black. It looked a bit too short in the photos on the sales websites, but looks a good length in your pics. Quote
Gem Posted May 3, 2009 Author Posted May 3, 2009 It is a short jacket though to be honest and it's meant to be like that but it just touches my hip Quote
Guest Posted May 3, 2009 Posted May 3, 2009 Looking good Gem Good to see a pillion taking safety seriously!! Soon be able to use it on your own bike eh??? Quote
Gem Posted May 3, 2009 Author Posted May 3, 2009 Looking good Gem Good to see a pillion taking safety seriously!! Soon be able to use it on your own bike eh??? If you mean soon as in 2 yrs and a couple of months then sure! It just makes more sense for me to just do my DAS when I'm 21 (I'll be financially better off - I get inheritance then, but I'll still be a student though) and then buy a bike etc.Oh well, I'll probably have read so much about bikes by then that I should know things off by heart. Stephen's been trying to teach me a few things on his bike in his back garden lately too If I find a way to get a bike before that then I'd jump at the chance though! Quote
Guest Posted May 3, 2009 Posted May 3, 2009 Just a thought.....Have you considered doing your CBT? Then you could always use Stephens bike ..... or borrow it to keep your eye in... so to speak... Quote
Gem Posted May 3, 2009 Author Posted May 3, 2009 That may be a possibility actually... but I'd be really worried in case I crashed it or something I think I might talk to him about it and see what he says though Thanks Dan! Quote
