Basically through the mcn website a few of us (including vicki and I) have somehow got roped into racing a C90 round off road courses, 3 rounds each of 4 hour duration.Well it is all for CHARIDY MATE, so just to wet your appitites, and hopefully to get you all to dig into your pockets (see Vicki for payment) here are a few more details.If anyone wants to come along and support us I am sure you will all be more than welcome.Dates and venues:Round 1 - Saturday May 26th - @ Sutton Coldfield near Birmingham, a flat grasstrack.Round 2 - July, exact date TBC @ Venue currently being vetted..Possibly in Gloucestershire. Guest akey Posted April 10, 2007 Posted April 10, 2007 right then, a bit of news from the team factory. I had a look at the spare engine over the weekend and it all looks reasonable. I did have a concern about the flywheel but I can now reveal that it was spinning free due to missing a key onto the crankshaft!So although this is not a complete replacement engine 90% of it is there and so it should be good for spares. Think I may well be maxed out until the first round with work etc but I will keep in touch through the forums when I can at work.C90 is fine, von we will have to sort out a plan for the first race, transport etc soon.
