Thanks, anyone else know what they are?

Hi I went past a SPECS average speed camera today and noticed 4 small black boxes one on top of the other all at slightly different angles on a post about 20-30 yards in front of it and wandered if they were additional cameras? The camera didn’t have an IR box directly next to it on the overhead pole so wondered if they were IR floodlights for image capture? EDIT…I should have said Vector not SPECS as the vector ones don’t have the incorporated IR sensor
