Cheers @bonio & @JRH It's only got 17k on the clock, previous owner was about to sell it, so he asked said dealer to service it and MOT it, then got knocked off a few days later. Scrapes on the fairing, broken indicator and gear lever. It was written off by the insurance as being 2005 it was only worth a few grand anyway, I got it darned cheap.

Hello good people, I've come back to riding after a mini-cab took my ZX6R from under me, more than 20 years ago. I'm in my late 50's and have been getting "the urge" to ride again for quite some time. So, I thought I'd buy something sensible, especially as it's been so long, nothing really fast and racy like the ZX, in my time I've had classics like Z1300 and a CB1000. We have a farm, and I took our failing old quad bike in to the local workshop, who happens to also sell Lexmoto, they only seemed to have 125's and I asked if he had anything bigger, just this old ZZR1200 he said, we've had it for over a year and it needs a little cosmetic attention. Well, I couldn't believe he forced me to buy it, I hope to collect it this coming week, so much for something sensible, I'm considering taking extra underwear just in case
