  1. The C-bow system from Hepco & Becker looks quite discreet, and they do some nice soft luggage too. The Rack https://www.hepco-and-becker-luggage.co.uk/My-bike/KAWASAKI/Ninja-650-2017/ The bags https://www.hepco-and-becker-luggage.co.uk/Luggage-systems/Motorcycle-cases-and-bags/C-Bow-Bags/
  2. You make a very good point @Mississippi Bullfrog Unfortunately a dead rider can't explain how they were derailed by the road surface and sent flying into the oncoming traffic. I do think you're on to something.
  3. They're covering their backsides. They have to, they can't risk that one in a million idiot suing them because he crashed with his Great Dane in a giant dog basket fitted to the handlebars. As long as your accessories don't interfere with the operation of the bike, there's no problem. After all, the biggest effect on aerodynamics is the rider.
  4. Happy birthday Dave
  5. Because acres of trees and farmland weren't enough
  6. Welcome to forum Daveyboy. Glad you're enjoying the bike.
  7. I remember (it was only three weeks ago) leaving the main dealer after the first service. Such relief to get that oil changed, and to know the engine is well on the way to being healthily bedded in. Just 200 miles after that, arriving home I realised it's such a happily different engine. It actually sounded better. You won't need it, but good luck going forward.
  8. My dog is nob of the day. "Stand there looking at your phone any longer Dad, and I'll piss on your boots". And so he did....

  12. Welcome to the forum @cb650neocafelover
  13. And we're glad you're still here!
  14. For me, I'd like to get one, as the convenience of having a key and locking pin in my jacket pocket means it'll be locked at every opportunity. Rather than "can't be bothered to lift the seat to get the D-lock out"..... I'm sure Hairsy shares the same view.
  15. @Fish That's because they think sockets sets are for charging their phones....
  16. Yes @Davidtav
  17. @ChrisBiggsUK At least you have shiny dust caps. Didn't a "God like mechanic" replace the starter motor? That would be my first check.
  18. Good morning bikers

  21. @Bender I'm actually jealous, Blackpool is on my "to do list", what a great weekend of weather for it as well. I bet it's heaving.

  23. Have a great time, stay safe @Essexboy
  24. That's already looking OEM, barely noticeable. I'm envious, but I have it bookmarked for when I have the funds. As I've ust ordered driving lights.
