I Keep hinting at OIC Household Funds that I need to get another one esp as SIL is now getting into Bikes in a bit way

Hi All, I hope you can help me out. My SIL (Sister In Laws) Lexmoto Apollo 125 Euro 5 [CL125T-E5], has an indicator issue as in, they flash for a microsecond on both the dash and the exterior of the bike each time the switch is activated. So we know the fuse is good, the bulbs are good etc, the bike is completely standard, dash lights up as it should all other lights work correctly. So I'm edging on the side of the relay being FUBAR. Now the issue I've got is where the flip is located as I can't seem to find any information for it on Google, or any online photos/videos etc. Also, this is the only mode of transport she has access to and is understandably worried about riding it without functional indicators, we have been on to the dealer she bought it from as it is less than 2 years old, but they want to charge her an arm and a leg to even look at it, and last time they had it in for its running in service they somehow managed to "Forgot" to reconnect the speedo drive cable. I won't mention names here as I don't want to open up the whole can of worms. Many thanks for any help anyone can provide. Picture added for illustration purposes. Matt -
