the battery is in good con engine in good state engine is turning over piston isnt seized

the battery is good con engine is turning over starter motor is turning the piston put it in gear and by hand can turn the wheel

evening peeps i have been trying to start my lexmoto xtrs 125 for weeks now i have brought new kill switch unit spark plug also new coil and ht lead i have strip the carb down clean it and rebuild it toke the fuel tap of clean and back on emtpy old fuel out clean the tank out and put fresh fuel in i have also check the vacum is working and make sure theres fuel coming from fuel tap and the bike still wont start and im running out of ideals what i can do next to get the bike started bear in mind the bike has been park up for about under 2 years out side can someone help me please
