Ooohhhh that sucks, I had none starting issue with mine after rebuilding, I swapped the injector, checked the timing, swapped the cylinder head and it started, did it all at once so wasn't sure what it was

Do you need to drop the engine to do a topend rebuild?

No, but it's not a massive job to drop the engine and it's much easier working on it while on a bench

Ashamed to admit it but I used to ride like that on my R125 and had a fair few accidents, learned the hard way, insurance isn't good either

Personally I would want to learn from a trained instructor the basics of riding a geared bike, the fairings on the R125 are expensive

Why don't you do the CBT on a manual bike?
