Could I adjust the fork height? Harden up the ride ND Rise the front end a touch?

LOL it is massive but as Im using it everyday its handy! Even better when the wife comes along for the ride as both helmets fit inside it

Just bought a Givi topbox and all the gubbins for £100

very pleased as im now using the bike everyday for work

Ok folks another question for all you good folks here.

How do I adjust the handlebars on my GSX 600 F ? they are sitting pretty low when compared to my friends GSXF and the rides a little soft too!

I've ordered a Haynes manual but it will be a while before it arrives!

I took my HGV 1 licence about 10 years ago as my "fall back" incase I struggled with work.

Now its not a cheap do as you have to do your HGV 2 first so it costs about £1800 all in but you end up earning good money, im on £26000-£27000 mark at the moment.

So you get back what you invest and my "fall back" job has become my perm career with promotion upwards in the transport office as I work for a major transport chain.

So think outside of the box, have an ask what funds/grants are available for retraining If any!

Keep it up! Im about 6 months or so in myself but I cut down to 3 cigs a day for 3 months before stopping. Exercise really helped mr when I was in the grips of withdrawal!

You will feel a real difference around the 3 month mark health wise

I need to sort the bike out as wifeys car decided to eat a spark plug in chamber 2 and explode along with mine now deciding its a good time for the clutch to start slipping
