F**k Yeah , just about to finish my eighth and last night shift , zzzzz.

Clocks have packed up on my bike again, f**k it I can't afford three hundred quid a time just for them to pack up again.

It runs and ticks over fine !

I would do Stu if I knew what and where to look , my mechanical knowledge is virtually non existent. Thanks for the advice tho , much appreciated.

It is a new battery and starts on the button , headlights and indicators work fine, it is just the Dashboard

Yamaha Fazer FZ1 (2010) This morning traveling to work I noticed that my dash display was not showing , intermitently on the ride to work the dash kept coming back to life with the start up routine of rev needle going to the top and back and the digital readout running through its check routine but within a few minutes the dash would die again!!! on the way home from work the dash was like a mobile disco. does anyone have a clue what the problem might be and if possible a remedy to fix the problem?? thank you in advanced for any advice received.

I am in the market for a new helmet, i do not have silly money to spend on one but also I value my head so I am after a decent one. At present I wear an HJC RPHA10+ , nice helmet but noisey , does anyone have any suggestions. Thank You.

I looked at the sinnis cafe racer and I agree it looks great but that was all . If I had gone with my heart I would of bought it . My local bike garage will not touch Chinese bikes and I trust them guys . Definitely I would go to trading standards though, you were obviously sold something that was not satisfactory built.

I went on Saturday , it was a tad hot , I didn't buy anything but enjoyed browsing around but it was very noticeable that there was fewer traders at the show. I actually went for some yamaha apparel but there was a massive lack of yamaha products at the show. They should slash entry price and encourage the biking world back to the show.

The woman who drove straight across a roundabout this morning without looking and cut me up . Technically not a knob so minge of the day.

How do you find the added on small wind deflector screen , does it reduce any wind blast? How many miles do you tend to get out of the bike once the low fuel warning light comes on? I am thinking of buying an 09 street triple but these points and the stories of poor battery performance are holding me back.

I recently saw Madness live on TV for the closing of the BBC Television Centre and since then have bought both their live album and live Madstock DVD and have been listening and watching these quiet often. Amongst other I have also been listening to AC/DC 's Soul Stripper .

Welcome to the forum . I would go with what feels best but personally I prefer a little bit of wind protection on my bikes so I would go with at least a half fairing it does make a lot of difference.
