  1. Dont really have any, this is Holland theres nowhere nice to use as a background for your bike
  2. I think so. Laser Hotcam with the db killer removed
  3. The guy before me had an alarm, Red Alert, piece of poo, kept going off for no reason in the mddle of the night, indies flashing and a noise to make you think the devil had come. I ripped the fecker out at 3 in the morning about 18 months ago, although some wiring may still be attached, but never had a problem with the old indies. Why would I need a multiple choice test? and you are correct, 1 plugged in, 1 side lights up red, 2 in = both sides
  4. Thanks for the answer Nigelf, SEE EDSTER IT IS POSSIBLE!!!! I didnt do anything with the restrictors, the instructions said they were only to slow down the flashing, but I think the faster the better lol. But now you mention it, it could be the negative from the backlight, cos as soon as I turn on the head/backlight the indies go out, maybe that neg becomes a positive at the switch. Instructions...... and I quote "Remove old taillight and install new taillight. Yellow wires are used for the turn signal wires. Connect one yellow wire to each positive turn signal wire using provided red conectors or alternately you can use your existing factory turn signal connectors ( use red connectors if using factory connectors). Make sure to test each side prior to final connection making sure you have the correct sides blinking. If you wish to slow down the blinking rate, connect the provided white resistors parallel to the turn signal wires. Example: Connect one side of resistor to the positive (yellow) turn signal wire and the other end to the ground wire using the provided red connectors" Thats it, nothing about earthing it, I do think the resistors would earth it though, but there again.......I'M ONLY A WELDER!!!!!!!! And now my fingers hurt from all that typing
  5. Ladies and Gentlemen, Today I decided to take the bull by the horns and rape my ZX7R. Got all the crap out the way and grinded my registration plate and back turn signal holder off, raised my plate to just under the back light, looks really good (IMO). Had a new backlight delivered last week, white glass with LEDs and integrated turn signals also new flush mount turn signals for the front end, finally, I'm shot of those tree trunks the indies were stuck on. http://i251.photobucket.com/albums/gg310/Dutchmick/Photo-0054.jpg ( Garden is a feckin state, don't mention it or you'll sound like my wife) http://i251.photobucket.com/albums/gg310/Dutchmick/Photo-0053.jpg ( top fairing is not completely fitted) Anyhoooo, everything was rosy until I tried the LEDs, firstly all four do it together and when I turn on the headlight the buggers go out!!! Why that happens I have no idea, I just fitted the - to the - and the + to the + on the front ones. Backlight just came with 2 yellow wires for the indies, the instructions said to connect them to the + of the original indies, -'s are not connected to anything. http://i251.photobucket.com/albums/gg310/Dutchmick/Photo-0049.jpg I know its a problem with the -'s just cant work out what. So if you're one of these modern men/women that knows what the hell I've done wrong.....tell me Cheers m'dears
  6. Triumph, so pretty
  7. But we drive on the left over here, tricky bunch of foreigners. Can't wait to get to England, done it a couple of times but every morning I really had to think about what side of the road I should be on

No way, I prefer keeping my wits about me while riding. In the car its different, less intrusive, but on the bike it would be full on in your ears. Unless you have a Goldwing,.............and if you do, snipers should be allowed to take pot shots at you while you drive along
  9. People in cars should be told about bike awareness while theyre learning to drive. France and Germany are the best countries for bike awareness that I've personally rode in. Cars just get out of your way while filtering and on the motorway they see you coming from miles away and get over to the right sharpish to let you through. Italy is a feckin nightmare, NOBODY gets out of your way, the whole country is a racetrack and everybody wants to win. Good laugh though if you survive.
  10. One of the reasons to ride a bike if you ask me " scuse me, coming through" Tho I'm always polite and never try to squeeze through, I've seen idiots trying to rip off wing mirrors, kicking at cars etc just because the cars are a little too close. That just buggers it right up for the next biker that comes across a very miffed car driver
  11. Do you have a seperate lock for the steering lock, it doesnt get locked through the ignition?
  12. According to the organiser when he replied to my email theres no problem with getting on site and drinking/eating
  13. I'm doing the same, gonna watch the qualies at the campsite but sleeping in a BnB 20 minutes away
  14. You could try a little oil on your key, or if its possible on your bike, try and see if anything is blocking the lock
  15. I have an idea that this is gonna be a great weekend
  16. I can only see plenty of good races this season and lots of fireworks, can't wait to see them going down that straight in China
  17. True enough, if I could ride as good as him I'd be cocky too, but does he have to get up everyones nose so much? At Mugello last year he crashed out and a group of English were singing, "you can stick your fecking flag up your ar**" quite funny
  18. Me too, close but no cigar
  19. Sorry, don't agree, gotta go for Rossi. Estoril has never been a Bridgestone track and I'm sure over a whole season he'll get back the points he's lost so far.
  20. The Stoner Show seems to be over now, let The Lorenzo Show begin. Shame I don't like the cocky little sod tho
  21. And his wifes not that good looking either, certainly not up to Barry Sheenes standard She looks nowt like Bazza He was a good looking bloke wasnt he
  22. And his wifes not that good looking either, certainly not up to Barry Sheenes standard
  23. C'mon, we know the form now, whats it gonna be? 1. Rossi 2. Lorenzo 3. Pedrosa
  24. Did you see Stoners face after qualifying? Looked like someone had stolen his sweets
