  1. I've only used the pink cleaner on a offroad mx bike and my road bike, have to say i think its pretty good i normally buy the 5 litre containers which are usually on offer buy one get one free for 20 odd quid.

I've always got the impression muc off products were generally good.

  2. Personally i would change the oil filter every oil change, i don't understand why anyone would change the oil and not the oil filter especially for the sake of a few quid.

Suzuki recommends i change the oil filter every 3rd oil change according to the service schedule. Sod that its getting a new one every time.

  3. Went out shopping today for a new helmet, have seen a few online that i liked the agv compact being the one i was most interested in.

Tried a few on and had to have the agv as soon as i tried it on, have never been to keen on flip up helmets but have been converted after trying a few

on. Unfortunately the shop i went to never had the color i wanted and didn't seem interested in ordering the color i was after so had to order online

when i got home. I will do a review once it turns up and i get to use the bike wearing it.

  4. Some good bargains..

But one thing I dont approve of is using high street shops to try stuff on and then ordering the same product online.

If the sales guys take their time to help you out its only fair you buy from them. All shops are well aware they can be undercut by internet prices which is why the sticker price on biking gear is always negotiable and when you factor in postage and packing prices, high street prices can actually be cheaper than online prices if you haggle a bit.

Yes many shops also sell online, but if we all only used shops as fitting rooms, they would soon start to disappear. That would be very sad..

I agree i personally couldn't go to a shop to try out clothing and spend time with an assistant to find the right size and then just leave and buy it cheaper online. Its worth paying the extra to check the fitting in store and get a feel of the item.
