Still looking good for the weather so far, 10am sounds good.
This will be my first group ride ever, so the weather better hold out or I'll cry like a big girl [emoji24]

I saw a post about somebody wanting to put an aftermarket exhaust on the same bike #sigh#
I have one btw and use it for my journey to work when the weather is crappy!

I'm aiming to be there for about 1.30'ish
Look for the scruffy looking bloke on the blue Sprint ST

Personally I wouldn't bother, you won't get any performance improvements, it'll be loud but still be slow (i have one btw)

None taken mate, not a rugby fan either, if a ball was meant to be carried it would have f**kin handles on it

I'm thinking of going on Monday and it's my first one.
Any suggestions for parking and security, best viewing spots etc?
Also, anybody fancy meeting up?
I'm from Surrey, but will be staying at a friends in the Wigan area for a few days

Some arse decided to flick a finger at me today on a roundabout where I had right of way, I anticipated him not stopping at the white line and slowed down just in case... And up popped his middle finger as if it was my fault! Knob!
He did cross the white line by about 4 feet [emoji35]

I've heard the Top Gear test track isn't being used much these days [emoji1]

I visualised each exercise in my head before moving off and look where you want to go, don't look at the cones

Wait until you're 24 or you'll have to do test again (theory and modules 1&2)

I passed my theory on Tuesday, can't stress enough about reading highway code from cover to cover, 47 on multiple choice and 62 out of 75 for the hazard perception [GRINNING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]

Pay on the back for your instructor too.
You sound like me, hate the pressure of test conditions

Hi, I used an iPad app called, Motor Cycle Theory, by Deep River Developments along with their Hazard Perception app. Pretty good on the whole, I managed to get it passed first time.
That's the one I'm using, good revision methods, timed tests and it tells you the reasoning behind the correct answer, I like the hazard perception training too
-
I passed my driving test before theory tests were introduced, not passed my bike theory yet, some of the bike stuff is common sense, but its not worth taking a test if you've not studied, I'm using the highway code and also an app called 'mototest' on android
-
Driving standards agency also has a DVD to aid the hazard perception test

Kinda getting excited about tomorrow, although the cornerman system is giving me some concerns (basically if I f**k it up and mess up the rideout)
