Right. So you've had a caution. You've not been convicted of anything. A caution is a means of case disposal. Rather than putting you through the courts system, you've owned up and accepted the caution simple as that. The CPS don't issue cautions at this point, it's up to an ERO (evidential review officer) to make the decision. This would not have even been passed to the CPS.

Common Assault has a few parts to it. The fact you hit him, means its assault by beating (Battery). That's all. It shouldn't matter how it's worded, it's the lowest tier physical assault possible. Poking someone in the chest amounts to the same.

I really don't see their issue. Dishonesty offences are far worse in employers eyes.

By the way, if anyone asks you if you were arrested for it, you were not. What you had was an interview under caution, no arrest. Otherwise known as a caution +3.

It sounds like your employers, and yourself (I don't mean this in a derogatory way) don't understand the offence and wording. If either of you want to talk to me and I'll explain, I'll do that.

Hi i went in and spoke with hr, showed them what happened gave them my data protection paper work all the details and they said they was going to contact me last week and they didnt i walked into a engineering firm and got the job there and then, hes happy with me i said about the caution and he wasn't bothered

In the middle of moving to a bigger unit i have no interest in fixing it, i have a couple people nagging me to spend time fixing it and sell it to them for £250 but its having the time to get it done.

Well tonight the neigboroughs next door have moved the cars off the drive way and parked mission from the house ... strange whats next todo to there house....

so they had people out to fit triple glazing the other day i asked them nicely to move there van off our drive way as its blocking us in..

They now are having there drive way dug up tomorrow guessing by the random spray paint on the drive way......

Picked up a job lot and it happened to be in the lot... too good to break up the last two bikes i put fuel in and they started up no issues ..... this one i havan't really bothered with had no interest in it, plus i need to sort the R125 out.

Tell them you will file the noise complaints yourself with the council. These then show up on searches conducted during house sales and have a negative impact on their house price. They will basically devalue their own property as nobody will want to live in an area with noisy neighbours...

818 miles and i broke it heavy rain and it cut out ... sprayed damp start new plug think the head gasket has gone :L LOL TIT!

so ordered new one head off and then fit it and back together bobs your uncle fannys your aunt..... only thing is i might have to get the garage to time it again :L i couldn't seem to get it to time up last time, took it in somewhere and they did it.

machine technician at a college i would of had course long side it.

I wouldn't have disclosed it, and if it was uncovered later and questions were asked I would show the letter that says it won't affect job applications...

i already did, also someone who is in the police force even said to give me a shot

i gave up with the hadlow job they just strung me out, finally gave up. i walked into a engineering firm they gave me a job there and then never asked about the simple caution, its my choice to declare it.

with dbs and police i have been back and forwards with letters i haven't got any where just seemed to fob me off with saying its the same thing

Hi awesome bike people. Having real trouble with my Honda xr 125 2004 plate. I know it is a cg engine. I have bought new solenoid, battery, starter motor, rectify, fuses but it still is not starting. When I try to start the bike the new and old solenoid make a clicking noise. Hence I thought it was the solenoid. I have checked the wires and all seem ok. Any ideas? Really losing my rag with the bike now. Been off the road for nearly a month (quite literally ruining my life, lost my job because of it). Please any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi welcome to my world, stupidest question have you checked the fuse or battery ? Tried jump starting it, is the starter motor wizzing or engaging does it bump?

Do you have spark or fuel ? Have you checked lol ill let you catch up

All i can tell you is i went in volutary interviewed then arrested but free to leave at the time :S I WAS A FOOL I NEVER ASKED FOR A SOLICITOR because i had never been in trouble before
