Will I have to take the seat off to connect every time Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk No - they come with a lead you connect to the battery with a connector you cable tie to the frame somewhere accessible. Fab, sounds good! Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Thanks for that response. Would I of been as well to start it for a little while once a month over winter? Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

10 hours or so. If it hasn't shown any signs of life after that get a new battery. OK thanks, can I get a replacement that doesn't need water etc? It's a real pain to get the screw through the terminals too will any replacement be the same way to attach? Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

What's electrolyte?! Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk Fluid in the battery. Needs to be topped up with distilled water to cover the metal grid inside, between the min line and the max line on the battery. But if it was left to go flat for any length of time then its probably toast anyway. Ahh I've very never done that! If there is fluid, how long should it take to charge? I've got a 12v battery in my gs500 and it's run totally flat over winter. I've borrowed a charger that does 6v and 12v and have been told to charge at 6v, its been on for four hours and not moved. Should I be using 12v setting? Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Quick question, are givi monokey universal fitting top plate worth anything? Had one with a box I bought but used the mm plate instead.

I'd go for a 125 practice in your own comfort zone in a safe place, sometimes no one watching can help you to nail it! Can practice as much as you want then! -
Took it to the guy who ordered it for me and he thinks the piece that touches the cylinder is probably slightly longer hence no travel, he Seems to think no problem and it works OK! Pretty much what eastanglianbiker said

Thanks... They're from genuine factor place so would hope they are OK, gonna get them checked either way though!
-
OK will take it across to where I bought it!
-
Oh feck, am concerned now! What should I do? Lol
-
Ah OK is this normal on pattern then?
-
I didn't grease it... The action isn't stiff there's just no free play before braking starts if that makes sense?
-
In a nutshell I dropped bike a few days ago and snapped front brake lever. I've fitted replacement now and it's very stiff though does work. Gs500 bike if useful to know! Have I killed it? Dropped it at a standstill and mo obvious damage I can see!

Haha thanks for the replies guys, if the bloody thing didn't take so long to come off choke I wouldn't be considering this!

Hi folks, I've got a 2007 honda cg 125, it's headlight is permanently on and is annoying when leaving the house in the morning as its shines in a neighbours bedroom. Is there any easy way to make the light switched?
