thanks for the replies but i had a new tyre fitted just so my mind was at rest

on the way to work this morning got something in my rear tyre so its now got a slow leak some people have said get it plugged but i dont like the sound of that i dont think i would trust the tyre.What are your opinions on plugging punctures

Just seen on donnington park website that they are doing a monthly bike meet next one is on August 26 so i may have to go and have a look.At the june one about 300 bikes turned up according to the website

ill second that it was a brilliant day out, the blokes that race there are a different breed going flat out on a single lane and then going over jefferies jump would recommend it to anybody, ive got to go to the gold cup in september

ive got a one piece undersuit from extreme racing its a good bit of kit and it does make getting the leathers off a lot easier. -
i was up there about 9 ish loads of bikes but only 1 police car.if your out that way dont forget the bike detector on the A6 THERE OUT TO GET YOU

ive got the US-10 tailpack its an excellent bit of kit,doesnt leak and when its strapped on the back it doesnt move around at all

there is a black plastic cover over the front sprocket chain lube builds up in there untill it runs out you can un-bolt it and clean it out its dead simple to do

I ride in all weathers so ive got both a set of textiles for when the weathers not so good and a set of two piece leathers for when the weather is good so theyve not had much use

just got a Kreiga US-10 tailpack excelent piece of kit and so easy to use and doesnt move when strapped to the back,if anybody is looking to buy a tailpack i would reccomend you check them out at Kriega.com

Try Kreiga they do loads of rucksacks designed for bike riders and they come with a 10 year warranty ive just ordered a tail pack from them -
by the time you had written your post i had been out on the road for an hour and was sat in a cafe in matlock with a cup of coffee and a cheese and ham toastie deciding where to go next
