  1. Thank you both. I'll take a look at these in the morning and see what condition they are in.
  2. Hi, I had a little incident where my bike was dropped at low speeds (< 15mph) and after a day I noticed the front right fork had oil leaking down onto the brake discs and tyre. I assume a fork component is damaged but which component is the likely culprit and how could I go about investigating the exact damaged component? Thanks. P.S. They are USD forks.
  3. Thanks for the fast reply, appreciate that. The plugs came out amazingly easy (1/4 or less turn and I could do the rest by hand). It is extremely difficult to get any tools above the spark plugs so I may have to invest in some uni-joint spark plug sockets so I can properly torque them up. Thanks a lot.
  4. Hi Guys, I just started work on changing my 1996 Thunderace's spark plugs and I noticed that the spark plug threads have some oil(?) on them. What could be causing this and how should I proceed, should I be worried? Also I can't believe how rusted up the plugs were, no idea when the previous owner last changed them. http://i.imgur.com/qpaGgqS.jpg Thanks.
  5. Ah, I had a look to see the internal structure of tyres and it indeed isn't! Thanks for that
  6. Hi, I was changing a tyre today and accidentally damaged the bead due to too much pressure and not enough paste, frustratingly.. Would the tyre be safe to ride? I've filled it with 42psi air and it doesn't leak any air as I tested it with soapy water. here is the damaged pre mounting: http://i.imgur.com/W2HFCSU.jpg Thanks.
