  1. Done 60 miles yesterday and went to Hexham today so another 80 miles under my belt, on every kind of road surface and weather you could imagine. Slowly getting a little more confident on roundabouts.

     

    Aye it takes a while to get comfy hoying it about the corners but it does kick in eventually!

  2. I did it a different way to the recommendations above.


    I only carried out one lifesaver, Once i pulled away, providing i was within a bike length of my starting point i was trained that i only had to do a single lifesaver then get right into the turn, Use counter balancing to get round the turn in the space provided and keep my balance, clutch in as you are about to finish the turn and ta-dah! job done

  3. I quit 5 years ago, used patches and lozenges as well as the group sessions through the NHS (Cheesy i know) but it worked for me.


    Im 43 now and smoked from the age of 14 to 38 and i have never looked back, The money alone made it all worthwhile but the health benefits are amazing.


    However, if you are vaping your are just masking the issue and you are still addicted to nicotine.
