U - turn help please
Tyler Durden replied to Hoggydo's topic in CBT, Test and Advanced Training Information
I did it a different way to the recommendations above. I only carried out one lifesaver, Once i pulled away, providing i was within a bike length of my starting point i was trained that i only had to do a single lifesaver then get right into the turn, Use counter balancing to get round the turn in the space provided and keep my balance, clutch in as you are about to finish the turn and ta-dah! job done -

I quit 5 years ago, used patches and lozenges as well as the group sessions through the NHS (Cheesy i know) but it worked for me. Im 43 now and smoked from the age of 14 to 38 and i have never looked back, The money alone made it all worthwhile but the health benefits are amazing. However, if you are vaping your are just masking the issue and you are still addicted to nicotine. Good luck!

Textile or Leather
Tyler Durden replied to Tyler Durden's topic in Clothing, Luggage, Accessories and Security
Great responses thanks, looks like i`ll be needing both at some point but i`ll go leather for my 1st setup and go from there. While im on, where do you buy your gear? any standard sites? Cheers Ty -
Im seeing a lot of armoured textile jackets etc which all look the business however im unsure if they offer comparable protection over a leather jacket. Any recommendations?
