  1. Em, Jin and I are pretty much definite. Fozzie is a maybe at the moment. I'm gonna be going up to London on Friday after work then up to the BMF early Saturday morning.
  2. Thanks for the offer Dave but Em has to work on Sunday so we'll have to be back in London by Saturday evening. Unless......I send back Em by herself and me, Jin and Fozzie have a party round yours.
  3. I've already got Gubba's number, in my phone as 'Gubba Dave' as long as he hasn't changed it since the Cadburys trip earlier this year. About time I met some of the Cambs lot anyway. I'll make sure I bring my mohawk.
  4. It's only 150 miles. If I average 100mph, then it's only an hour and a half. That'd be lovely thanks. Check with your folks and text me later or something to let me know. We should be able to do this in no time on our big bikes.
  5. Great photos! Some of mine: http://photos-b.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc1/hs243.snc1/9028_131939218388_514398388_2356401_1445348_n.jpg http://photos-c.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc1/hs243.snc1/9028_131939223388_514398388_2356402_1692497_n.jpg http://photos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc1/hs243.snc1/9028_131939228388_514398388_2356403_5998956_n.jpg http://photos-e.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc1/hs263.snc1/9028_131939233388_514398388_2356404_5837094_n.jpg http://photos-f.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc1/hs263.snc1/9028_131939243388_514398388_2356405_1720610_n.jpg http://photos-g.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc1/hs263.snc1/9028_131939248388_514398388_2356406_2944350_n.jpg http://photos-h.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc1/hs263.snc1/9028_131939253388_514398388_2356407_3176756_n.jpg
  6. Me, Jin, Fozzie, Skittles, Skittles' Dad, Mum and Sister are all in this video. About 9:03. Should be able to see me pretty easily. ">
  7. By the sounds of it I'm going to be going up to London on Saturday evening then riding down from the Ace on Sunday morning. Still planning to meet people at Pease around 10.30-11.
  8. I'm still planning on meeting people at Pease at around 10.30-11am. Postcode: RH11 9YA
  9. Tried mounting on my Yoke pointing at me. "> First 3 minutes or so is me fiddling with the camera as it kept moving but the end result is ok.
  10. Mine came with velcro so I just stuck one piece to the camera holder and one piece to the inside of the helmet. No MtotheJ it won't fit through the letterbox.
  11. Got mine yesterday. Part 1: "> Part 2: "> Part 3: ">
  12. I don't know where I'm going from yet. More then likely I'll be leaving from Portsmouth and meeting people at Pease.
  13. Is it true he has to pay for the damage out of his own pocket as it was done after the race had finished?
  14. Yeah it's easy to fit. Make sure you line it up properly before sticking any of it down as it's very, very sticky stuff. Also try to make sure you don't get any air bubbles under it. I thought I had put mine on okay but a few air bubbles have started to appear now, nothing major though, it's not falling off or anything.
  15. Stomp Grips? I have them on mine. http://photos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc1/hs020.snc1/4540_88271228388_514398388_1779155_8134799_n.jpg Can kinda make them out in this picture.
  16. If you go to the Ace then they all leave in one huge group and stay together down to Brighton. Last year we all met at Pease Pottage service station and rode down the A23 (the road the Ace lot use) and even though we didn't ride with the Ace lot there was still hundereds of bikes.
  17. Yep, it's a very good cause so every fundraiser gets a thumbs up from me. Shame they are both the same day. You'd have thought the organizers would have realised this and moved one of them back a week.
  18. Just buy a cheapo casio watch or something and attach it to your handlebars, job's a goodun.
  19. It's more about the event on the seafront. When you're riding with thousands of other bikes in a pack, motorways are the only roads big enough to fit them all in.
  20. Nice one Anand and Paul. How do you know it's going to rain Paul? Do you have some super accurate, futuristic weather vain? And yeah, Pease sounds good.
  21. Thought I'd post this early so people can make arrangements etc. It's the time of year again for the huge Ace Cafe run to Brighton Seafront. Around 40,000 bikers all flock to the seafront. There's shows, stalls etc. Here is the thread for last years event, pretty good turn out from forum people as well: http://www.themotorbikeforum.co.uk/view ... 33&t=14554 Here's a picture of all the happy people from last year: http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e200/pprune/Ace2.jpg Last year we met at Pease Pottage service station and that seems a good enough place as any to meet again this year. So, who's up for it?
