  1. Looks alright I guess. http://www.superbike.co.uk/imageBank/b/becky%20jacket3.jpg (Sorry..... )
  2. Although I'm not a lady I can tell you J&S have a woman's department. https://www.jsaccessories.co.uk/view_category.php?lid=1
  3. There is a thing called 'spooning' apparently which I've heard voids any warranty. It's basically what Pete said, you warm up a spoon then push the padding down to loosen it up a bit.
  4. I bought mine from Lidl for about £20 I think. Although I haven't actually used it yet, you can't beat the price.
  5. I bought one of these cameras to use on my bike, fits in my jackets inside pocket nicely. http://www.amazon.co.uk/A735-Digital-Ca ... B0015LQFLQ It was £40 from Play when I got it. (Mine's black as well but that doesn't really matter. ) Pictures aren't too bad either. http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n245/MonkeyKnuckle/GEDC0016.jpg
  6. I'm the same, didn't fit at all. Went for an Arai in the end but it's a little tight and gives me red eyes after a while (even though it doesn't actually feel tight) So I might be buying a new one soon.
  7. We were planning to get there before the main group but had a few delays so ended up arriving at exactly the same time as them. We were parked by the big Adventure Island thing a little way down from the stalls. There was a row of bikes along the curb then another row in front of them and we were in the front row. If it helps my helmet had it's yellow mohawk attached and was tied to a cruiser type bike (can't remember what it is now, a Yamaha something.) and there was another helmet on the same bike with a blue mohawk on it.
  8. Yeah it was good. I'm shattered this morning though. I was too tired to ride back to Portsmouth last night so left at 6am this morning to get to work by 9am. Saw Dino but didn't see your bike Netmeister.
  9. I'm going to London tonight and staying over then going to the Ace in the morning then to Southend from there. Bike's all clean and checked and ready to roll.
  10. Shouldn't have to do any u-turns, even if you do just keep your feet down. You've passed your test you don't need to do it the proper way any more. There will be a lot of filtering and queuing, bikes everywhere.
  11. Yeah, everything in on Southend seafront as far as I know. If it's anything like the Brighton Burn-up (which it looks like it is) then it will be very busy and very crowded. So I hope you've been working on your slow control.
  12. Cool, keep an eye out for my bike! It's a yellow and black CBR600, pictures in my garage. I'll also be wearing a yellow mohawk.
  13. Hmm.....just checked route planner. Almost 300 miles and 5.30 hours for the day. (Not as bad as Jixerman who has about 360 miles and 6.30 hours. )
  14. Wimp! What is it with men and colds?? Man up!! hahahaha Woah, what kind of race day is this?!
  15. I guess we are going to have to leave a bit earlier since we originally planned to meet at 10am and it takes two hours to get there. Hmm.... Jixerman shall me meet at 9am instead? Then hopefully we should get to Towcester at a reasonable time. If it's raining in the morning then I probably won't come. Don't fancy going all that way in the rain.
  16. I would but I'll be going to the Towcester meet on the 12th. Have fun though!
  17. So are the people meeting at Towcester definitely going to the race?
  18. *Thinks about buying pink helmet as a spare pillion helmet*
  19. I've never been to a motorcycle race before so I'm up for it. Jixerman - On the way back I might be going to London so you might have to ride back by yourself, is that okay?
  20. Here ya go Jo: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=20115 Sounds good to me.
