I got a nod from a Police biker on Sunday when I waved at him. Looked like he was doing a bike safe course with some people.

You're one of the few that do. (As shown by the above two people) I've found that most girls like it and hardly any blokes do. I couldn't care less about the blokes not liking it. I just like to have a bit of a laugh on ride outs and always get waves from kids/familys etc. Also had my picture taken by people in cars before. -

There is a thing called 'spooning' apparently which I've heard voids any warranty. It's basically what Pete said, you warm up a spoon then push the padding down to loosen it up a bit. -

I bought mine from Lidl for about £20 I think. Although I haven't actually used it yet, you can't beat the price.
