  1. Thanks guys/girls I have ordered the held bag to give it a go. If i use it lots then i’ll order a kriega US20 at somepoint in the future!
  2. I could mount one of them on the non exhaust side! And it matches the colour scheme!!
  3. It's got attachment points at each corner and a sort of collar clip at one end. I've got the two "front" straps attached to the rear foot peg supports and a Rok strap attached to the two "rear" attachment points, under the bike. The collar strap I've got going around the pillion hand rails to stop it moving back/forward. But it doesn't really need this in my experience so far, so long as the straps are done up tight. I can get more pictures of it this evening if you want. Edit: Yes the straps all come with it Untitled.jpg I'd vouch for Lomo too. I have used their bags else where and they are fantastic. Very similar build quality to Held and Ortlieb. Plus, they are "local" to me There is very limited info on this on the internet! Can you do me a few more photos? It is looking lime he most likely option!

  5. This has been on my list since day one. If it was 20L it would have been bought already! I will see if there is anyway to attach it as a tail pack as an alternative but they do look good!
  6. Looks very tidy! How does it strap down? Do the straps come with?
  7. That did cross my mind. I only carry two tshirts and a pair of trousers to work. Sometimes a small tablet/toughpad so nothing that should cause injury!
  8. Bit pricey but there are good, been using mine for years now. As long as you get the correct buds for your ears you get really good comfort, sound and noise cancellation and still able to hear things going on around you. Recommended I use the comply mouldable ones that come with it. Like the disposable squish in your fingers and shove in your ears. Plus you can use the buds by them selves without the cable plugged in for noise cancelling only. And they come with a case. Anything that comes with a case is a win in my book.
  9. I currently use a normal bog standard (read school boy) rucksack to get stuff to and from work whilst on the bike. The zip keeps jamming and it doesnt sit very well at *moderate* speeds. I am looking at getting a new bag and was wondering whether people have any recommendations! Waterproof would be good and around 20L should so it. Kriega’s would be deal if they were 70% cheaper. Also, anyone know of any good tail packs similar design to the US5 or US10? Ta
  10. Might be a bit late to the party but have just bought a set of MEE Audio M6 Pro ear phones. Come with various attachments including the comply noise cancelling filters. Do the trick for me. They hve a wire section in the cord at the top to keep them in place and come with different cables. But pricey mind.
  11. I bought a chain/ground anchor and disc lock for my bike when it is in my garage. I also had all all intentions of taking them both out with me to lock my bike out of the garage. Now a days (3 months of riding) i am fed up lugging the chain round so i just take the disc lock as it fits under the seat. I don’t really leave it anywhere risky though.

    Take a good book.
  13. Congrats! You’ve done the hard bit! Now just a lil’ ride to go!
  14. RST Paragon textiles this time of year. Summer i moght ditch the trousers for armoured jeans on short/slower journeys!
  15. If you already have the experiance on a 125 and know you definitely want a bike then I would go for the DAS!
  16. Quick snap on the way to work the other day! GSX650F
  17. I did about 6-8 2hr lessons at about £50 each. Did about 5 then stopped for 10 months then came back and did the mods before the theory ran out! All my lessons were on an ER6N

    GSX650F

Thanks, i do like her. Having ridden only this and the ER-6N i'm very happy with her. Everyone said "DON'T GET A 650 YOU'LL GET BORED OF THE POWER" and i never believed that would happen.. The first 500 miles was good fun now i'm getting used to the power so i can see it happening soon! Not going to change any time soon though! I have so much to learn!
  19. I think i was 54 on the emergency stop and 49 on the swerve! That reminds me.. i havent tried an emergency stop on my own bike and i really should try it!

    GSX650F

Yo, Bought a second hand GSX650F for my first bike, here she is! Came with a GIVI rack which i have since removed. Also added oxford heated grips, dual scottoiler, front fender extender and a (life changing) centre stand! Considering a tail tidy but looks like a bit of work! Really enjoy riding her - oooer. Done about 500 miles now. Few torrential down pours and all my kit worked so i stayed dry! Had a few silly moments in corners but still shiney side up! I was initially a bit worried that she would be too heavy for me, but it hasnt been a problem at all! As soon as shes moving slowly its really easy to handle! (I'll try and attach some pics) (Just realised i only really have one - must make more pf an effort!)
  21. Lessons are bookable.. I did my CBT then DAS training over a few months, 2 hour lesson here and there when i could fit it in.
