Well we had a really good but windy rideout yesterday before the beers started flowing again, another great weekend and now back to reality!!!

Because the schools tend to be on streets where kids play, near homes, and on smaller streets where cars still manage to be ragged about whereas camera's always seem to be on straight, duel carriageways or ring roads. I'd rather the cars around where I live were slowed down than those on ring roads etc As i said most of the time cars cant really do much speed around these areas, but also kids should be told about maybe not playing on a public highway and how to cross a road! But i would happily concede to this if they actually put proper limits on other roads out of towns and housing estates etc! But main point rather have speed cameras than sneaky cops in unmarked vans!

Only thing I care about is if they start having coppers hiding all over, at least with speed cameras you know where they are. And why position them outside schools after all when there needed near schools your lucky to do 20mph anyway at all other times its pointless!

I suppose it depends what you ride personally i wouldnt want to risk chucking 5 or 6 grands worth of bike down the road...cos that wouldnt be in any way enjoyable.

Always been all weather rider except snow and ice tho ive done it, but had enough its no fun in the wet and cold anyone saying different is a liar imo, if am caught out in it fair enough but as am getting a little shitty car next week i will have options!!

its the manufacturers of the brake fluid guide brake fluid is hydroscopic (absorbs water) so should be changed every two years because of this! Ah how does water get into a closed system?....Anyway its just I've never noticed any fall off, but if thats what it says ok fair enough!

Am curious with stuff like that, i mean I would be interested how many actually do this am assuming most of us will go through a set of pads a year. Is this a manufacturers guide, If so that might explain it!

Bandit, just give it an oil change once a year it will probably be fine! Thats all I do with mine all (jap bikes) never had a prob infact the zx6r did 20000 mikes without one!

Had a fantastic day, 270 miles sunny all the time a great ride on great roads. Sorry I had to leave bb3 glad it wasnt any more than a breakdown...was a bit subdued on the ride home!! Great day!
