  1. Hi everyone! I went to Iran this year and got to "enjoy" the local rush hour on the back of a scooter. And you know what? They don't care about traffic rules as much as we do. I'm still in one piece, but traumatized forever Enjoy:
  2. Hey everyone I was super-lucky and caught one of the last beautiful summer evenings over here this year. I took that opportunity to take my Duc Scrambler Cafe Racer for a ride and see what I can do with its 73hp. It was awesome
  3. Hey folks! The Ducati 916 SPS must be one of the most desirable bikes out there. In some respects, however, it is also a bit... odd. So I made a video on those, of course
  4. Ok, now I've learned the term breeze block True though, same thing on my Scrambler Cafe Racer. Looks comfy, but isn't really. Which, if you think about it, makes sense for a Cafe Racer
  5. Hi there! The Scrambler is making a much bigger contribution to Ducati than its small size might make you think. Check out my new video on the past and present of a remarkable motorcycle:
  6. Hi everyone! I've assembled a review of the mighty Ducati 998 - the bike that changed my view of what motorcycles can be forever Check out some onboards, track footage, sound bits, beauty shots, and babbling from me: I wasn't sure if this belongs in the reviews sub-forum - it is a review, of course, but not by a professional team. If it needs to be moved anyhow, sorry and feel free to do so
  7. You're welcome! The only bike I really missed was Haga's R7, but looking at their website it seems they have one there now. Tough luck for me, I guess.
  8. Hey everyone! At the end of 2019 we went to Japan visiting Okinawa, Tokyo and the mighty Yamaha museum. Putting the video together took some time, but it was well worth it. Enjoy modern Tokyo, beautiful shrines, and lots of MotoGP and classic Yamaha motorcycles
  9. Thank you! I somehow never really enjoyed the red wheels on that one
  10. I once wanted to get a ZXR750 many years ago, couldn't afford it though... Awesome bike.
  11. For sure nothing wrong with an RC45 It sure has no ABS or other helpers and loads of torque to remove you from your seat, but when you get it right it definitely is something special
  12. Hi! Is new always better? When I think of the best motorcycles ever made I don't really think of any 2020 model. My all-time favourite is the Ducati 916. In this video, I'm diving into its design, technology, racing success and legacy. Enjoy! P.S.: I notice the board has changed. If I have posted this in the wrong section, please feel free to move my post to the right one
  13. Hi everyone! What's the biggest worry before Christmas? Getting the right presents... Well, worry no more, because I have some ideas Christmas Presents for True Ducatisti
  14. I once took my 998 to the garage of my employer for a tyre change. That one's dry clutch was open. When I rode it across the factory premises, the safety manager came to me and said: Be careful, I think something's broken about your bike About maintenance. This bike is from the 90s, so there will be some maintenance, but it is so rare that I won't punish her too much anyway
  15. Heyheyhey The weekend is nigh and what better way to celebrate than by feasting on a good-looking and -sounding bike Check it out: https://youtu.be/jsiRaYLEOPc
  16. I know, right? The 3-spoke rim is much heavier, but I don't really want to switch to a 5-spoke option because 3 was the original I have been looking at the 999 for a long time. Maybe one day... But that SPS is not going to leave me
  17. Hi everyone Sometimes you lose something really special and then you're extremely lucky to get it back. My journey from a 998 to a 916 SPS:
  18. Hey everyone What's better than solid buyer's information on a bike? Well, maybe ... not so solid information on that bike https://youtu.be/KsEM0_Wo1Qw
  19. I can only really judge from the 899 Panigale and this Scrambler Cafe Racer, because I rode them for a longer time, but the electronics had no issues whatsoever. As a matter of fact, even my 2002 998 had no electronics issues. But I don't ride in the rain much anyway
  20. I ike myself a bike with character This Cafe Racer is a lot more docile than other Ducatis, though. Just remembering my 998
  21. Hi there It's been two years since I started riding this bike, so the time has come for a review. Including outtakes at the end, of course Take a look: https://youtu.be/ASRz-TZd55A
  22. If I ranked my favourite Ducatis nowadays with regard to looks, the Scrambler Cafe Racer actually is right up there with the best. Who would've thought? Check it out: https://youtu.be/EfNx2LGsNHw
