  1. Update,. The bullit hunt is fixed ! It was the stator that failed! Apparently when my lock was switched the locksmith must have connected the wrong wires together ! Needless to say I am seeking compensation! Thanks for all your help.
  2. Evening all, I have an intermittent fault with my indicators front and rear. The bike is a bullit hunt 250cc. The indicators didn't turn on at all on my ride home from London last week. Then the next day they worked but we're flashing faster than usual and occasionally a constant flow. I looked.for a lose connection and pushed all the wires in and now they are back to flashing but much quicker than I remember. Has anyone has this issue before? I'm useless at attempting any repairs but if anyone is in the surbiton area that can assist or if anyone knows of a mobile mechanic I am hoping that it will be a straightforward repair. Thanks Andy
  3. Good evening all, I'm back riding after 10 long years. I've recently purchased a bullit hunt to commute into town. I don't suppose anyone from the London/ Surrey area has a chain lock that they are looking to sell for a reasonable price? If not can anyone recommend a good lock at an affordable price? I park in central London in a relatively secure location but better to be safe than sorry! I am also interested in any other second hand items people may want to sell such as a disc lock, sat nav holder, helmet camera, old leathers (size medium). Thanks Andy
  4. Hi all, I recently posted about my bullit hunt 250 motorcycle where I had lost the keys. I have since had the ignition barrel and new keys replaced and I thought that would be the last of my problems. Well... The bike will now not start! I have charged the battery, lights indicator brake lights all work fine. The start button turns over but the bike will not fire. I read online that it could be to do with the stand switch but it won't fire even off the stand and I have tried disconnecting the cable and it still won't work. I have tried the choke out and the reserve fuel switch turned on but it still won't fire. I am sure it's going to be something very simple, the bike isn't only 6 months old and was working perfectly prior to my keys going missing but i assured by the auto locksmith that's its nothing to do with his fitting. Does anyone have any ideas on what the issue could be? Many thanks as always. Andy
